        Have you ever felt like you just can’t remember a word or where you put the keys?  Or that sometimes when you are dealing with a hard problem you “ just can’t think ”?  I can’t count the number of patients I have had that have “ brain fog ” on their intake form, or the number of students that ask me “what can I do to remember all of this material!?”.
