Claire earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University where she was co-principal in the Yale Symphony Orchestra. She completed a Master's of Music in Cello Performance at the Indiana University Jacob's School of Music , and won the Cello Competition in 2017. She has played with both national and international orchestras. The combined skills she brings to the learning platform are completely unique in online cello instruction. She has taught students from age 2 to 82 for ten years, and she knows that people learn best when they're fully engaged : that's why she prioritized fun and planted surprises at every turn. Claire was tired of feeling like cello technique was a confusing, unstandardized mystery: that's why she set out to create the course she would have wanted when she started playing; one with a structure that sets students up right from the very beginning and provides them with results-based practice techniques to ensure their success. This course is backed by Udemy's 30-day money back guarantee: your satisfaction with the learning process is the highest priority. Congratulations on taking an amazing first step towards playing the cello!
