Description
Do you want to learn how to
build a model
to track your
investment property cash flow
in Google Sheets?
Do you want a spreadsheet model that easily
matches
your current
bank balance
?
If so, then my course on how to build a single and multiple rental property cash flow tracker is for you!
---------------------
What will I learn from this course?
Our “
Make a Rental Property Cash Flow Tracker”
course will teach you how to use Google Sheets to make a spreadsheet that will track and summarise your investment property incomings and outgoings.
In just over an hour, you will learn how to build a simple model that will list cash transactions for a
single investment property
and split them out into categories such as Rental Income, Loan Payments and Insurance Payments.
You will also learn how to build a second model for
multiple investment properties
.
This model will give you a bird’s-eye view of your investments, so you can easily see each property’s cash flow performance.
---------------------
What is the course structure?
We use the
free
spreadsheet programme
Google Sheets
to create the models, which will be automatically saved on the cloud in your Google Drive.
Because this course is about how to create the models, we
do not include a download
of the completed models for you to copy.
The whole idea is for you to
enhance your spreadsheet skills
by
making the models yourself
.
Once complete, the spreadsheet will belong to you so you can use it however you please!
---------------------
What topics are covered?
This course uses
beginner
to
intermediate
functions and tools to build the rental property cash flow tracker models.
The
functions
we use are SUM and SUMIF and we also do some basic calculations by using formulas instead of functions.
We also use several
tools
such as data validation and conditional formatting to enhance the security and “look and feel” of the spreadsheet.
I will also show you a few
techniques
I like to use to keep my spreadsheets tidy and secure such as:
How to make sure my functions do not break when adding and deleting rows and columns
How to name worksheets to keep functions tidy that look up other worksheets
By the end of our course you should have enhanced your Google Sheets skills and you will own a fully functioning rental property cash flow tracker.
