The course is founded on 4 pillars: the first is Devising where subjects as training of salepersons , catering to the major needs of the customer,  time management and technologial tools are addressed, then secondly moving into Prospecting and what type of customers a business should interact primarily with , thirdly it moves into Encountering the customer and where elements of body language, asking the right questions are dealt with and then ends with Closing and the tactics and strategies involved in this last stage.
