This course is designed for anyone who wants to improve their mental well-being or just wants a more peaceful and a present life.  It will allow you to learn strategies that engage mind, body, and breath activities to reduce stress and promote health and wellness, learn mindfulness in under 20 minutes a day for 14 days.  Equipping your with lots of different mindful tools to enable you to continue practicing for the rest of your life.
