5. Lacks development means that the course looks like it was not well thought out for content that users want. 1/6 of the course has content directly related to tasks in Excel. The rest of the course is history of ChatGPT, and a lot of commentary on ChatGPT in general but not commentary from an expert point of view.
6. Toorba is the instructor who does not seem like an expert on AI or on Excel. Many times she write really bad prompts and doesn't get the answer she expects, but instead of reiterating or clarifying what she wants, she typically gives up and blames it on ChatGPT. She's also not an Excel expert because many times she can't find buttons and also just gives up. For example, she just claims she doesn't have the Developer tab. Anyone who knows Excel knows how to add the developer tab. In another video, ChatGPT tells her to click the "Replace Values" button and I can see it on the screen but she can't so she gives up and says it's ChatGPT's fault.
7. The course is one of the lowest rated under "Creativity Unleased" and their parent company Skillademia. I think the course would be greatly improved if they provided the excel workbooks and if they hired a tech editor to help develop the videos in a way that did not leave students feeling like she gives up too easy when she can't find the expected result. The company is located in Pakistan and perhaps they just post it on Udemy without proper editing and development because they have a unique title.
