Managing Project Teams

The Managing Project Teams course explores beyond just managing the schedules, templates, and paperwork. Requirements The candidates are required to have a minimum of one year experience in a project management role. Preferably, the candidates should be managing one or more project teams as part of their jobs. This will enable the candidates to acquire and improve the project team management skills taught in this course.
