You've mastered the techniques in Phase 1, and you've decided that you want to be more than just a “good" singer. You want the advanced skills necessary to be downright impressive - a dynamic voice that feels truly effortless. In Phase 2 “Becoming A Natural Singer", you will discover a whole new dimension of vocal freedom! Fact: Your body is designed to sing. The idea that amazing voices are reserved only for a chosen few has no scientific basis whatsoever. What I've discovered through years of research and experience is that most struggling vocalists (and even many “trained" singers) suffer from one major problem - a collapsed throat; this places excess pressure on the vocal folds, making the voice feel heavier that it really is. Sadly, I meet vocalists every day who have never had the incredible experience of singing with a truly released throat. Most commonly taught classical techniques attempt to force the throat open, ironically making the problem even worse by causing more tightness. Other so-called “modern" methods hardly reference the problem of throat release at all, instead focusing exclusively on mixing techniques. But, in Phase 2, we combine time-tested ancient wisdom with modern science and years of professional industry experience. The result is an advanced technique that is proven to be effective in restoring full freedom to the folds. How long this course takes to complete is entirely up to you, though we strongly recommend spending at least one week on each section. Every lesson is broken down into three basic parts: (1) Ebook guide, (2) The video lessons (3) your MP3 practice warmups (which you can listen to online or download for your own convenience). Of course, you still have the option of asking questions in the Phase 2 forum and receiving help from trained AApproach instructors.

IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL RECEIVE: Hours of on-demand video and audio lectures PDFs of the course content that you can use to follow along Dozens of guided exercises to have in your back pocket Teacher support throughout A step-by-step road map that keeps you on track A 30-day money back guarantee Too often, courses in singing teach students to listen to a teacher and passively repeat the exercises. Not in this course! Here, you will not only learn to sing, but also gain a comprehension of what you are doing. This teaching method is different, as I like to break concepts down into their smallest elements and find their perfect order to clearly see how the machine works. You will be guided through a step-by-step method that allows you to keep what you are doing right and fix what gives you issues. --------------------------------------- PART ONE of this course guides you through a specially-designed method I call the Vocal Pyramid , through which you will understand the major [axioms] of singing technique: POSTURE BREATH ONSET VOWELS and RESONANCE PITCH These sections of the Vocal Pyramid have been chosen and designed in a specific order that allows you to build an understanding of your instrument from the bottom up. Once you build a solid foundation in each level of the pyramid, you'll be able to use them to support each other and bring your technique to the next level. A strong understanding of these concepts will also help you become more self-sufficient and able to identify an issue and better understand which level it's coming from. PART TWO of the course brings in the practical elements of vocal exercises and warming up. In this part, I will guide you through the five fundamental types of exercises. Not only will I give you the exercises and their variations, but I will also teach you how to flow from one exercise to the next for the perfect warm up. To streamline this process, I have created a warm up flowchart that you get as a PDF with the course for free! This chart will simply teach you to evaluate what exercises are best for you in the moment. With 20 minutes of practice a day , you will get the most out of your daily warm up and become a better singer faster. --------------------------------------- PART ONE , the foundational element, and PART TWO , the practical element, are designed to work together in tandem, boosting your vocal technique from the bottom up and the top down. Together, these methods will make you a stronger and more independent singer. Since this course breaks down every concept into small, digestible parts, it is for all levels: The beginning singer, who is being introduced to these concepts for the first time The advanced singer, who is stuck in their lessons and looking for new approaches towards technique Every singer in between!! No matter your level, you are sure to find useful approaches to add to your personal tool belt. If you are not satisfied for any reason, there is always a 30 day money back guarantee! --------------------------------------- This course has been a delight to make, and I can't wait to have you in the classroom!

Whether you are a trained singer looking to add new depth and freedom to your voice, or whether you are an inexperienced singer who's looking for a total vocal makeover, this course is guaranteed to help you learn how to improve your singing voice. Step 1: Identify and learn about the most common mistakes vocalists make. Step 2: Use our original exercises to replace your old technique with new healthy singing habits. That's it! This course will apply to those who want to sing with a classical tone, pop/rock/jazz stylings, or any kind of vocal style you wish. The same underlying principles are at work in all styles of singing. Singing isn't a talent you're born with, it's a skill you can learn, and here's why: because every single day those with "natural talent" get surpassed by singers who work hard. This is not a lofty dream, this is proven reality. One of Nathan's students several years ago was a young woman who came in for her first lesson literally only able to sing 5 pitches; everything else would crack or wouldn't come out at all. But she knew she wanted to sing more than anything. She studied these same techniques and practiced hard at home. In time, she had one of the top auditions for her school's honor choir. If you can begin building a habit of singing often, with healthy technique , your voice will improve. That's what this course is all about. It's a thorough guide to helping you uncover the hidden roadblocks you may not realize you have in your vocal technique, and to teach you how to find lasting improvement in your voice. Nathan's original vocal exercises are specifically designed to help singers release vocal tension, using lyrics and patterns that reinforce positive vocal habits. They are available to sing along with on video, or to download and print for personal or educational use. Nathan has a B.A. in Vocal Music Education and leads worship weekly at a growing church in Iowa. He's a composer, pianist, and guitarist. He was section leader in one of the top college choral ensembles in the nation, and he's taught scores of voice students in private lessons. He is also known for the Udemy course Piano Building Blocks, a fun and simple method for learning to play piano by chord. Sign up today!!
